14. Prohibition of Data Resale
The User is expressly prohibited from extracting, mass copying, reselling, renting, distributing, or making available to third parties, whether for a fee or free of charge, all or part of the enriched data produced through the Service, when such reuse exceeds the User's own needs for their prospecting and business development operations.
Any systematic or automated reuse of data generated by the Service for the purpose of building or feeding a database intended for commercialization is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of the contract and any liability or infringement action.
15. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability, regardless of cause or legal basis, for any direct damage related to the performance of these Terms, is strictly limited to the total amount actually paid by the User for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Company shall under no circumstances be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, reputation, or any other intangible loss, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages, resulting in particular from:
- the use of or inability to use the Service;
- the use of enriched data or data obtained from third-party platforms;
- the sending of communications by the User to third parties;
